The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics Program Admission: Important  Dates Admission to the PhD program is for the beginning of the Fall semester. The Department's Postgraduate Committee begins to review applications right after the deadline (mid-February of each year). Applicants are therefore urged to submit all application materials, best with GMAT (and TOEFL) results by then.      Online Application starts    now    Deadline for submitting application   19 January, 2012    Selection process/ interview   from mid-Jan to early March    Admission results available   from March  Late applications will also be considered only if places are available.        Online Application Application Fee and Tuition Fee A non-refundable application fee of HK$180 is charged for each application for admission to the University, payable at the time the application form is submitted. In 2011/12, the tuition fee for full-time PhD program is HK$42,100 per annum.  Tuition fee is subject to an annual review by the Hong Kong SAR Government.
