[eNews] New Collaboration with KPMG to Equip Students with Knowledge in Data Technology

The HKUST Business School signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KPMG China on 7 September 2018, in a joint effort to develop the next generation of accounting and business analytic talent.

The collaboration will introduce a new concentration in Accounting Analytics and an elective course in Advanced Data Analytics with some real-life cases provided by KPMG for our MSc in Accounting (MSAC) Program. Through KPMG’s University Collaboration, our MSAC Program can develop a module that combines learning, practice and on-the-job experience to train accounting professionals in the digital era. The collaboration will also include financial sponsorship, mentorship, and internship opportunities for students.
