[eNews] High Potentials Leadership Consortium Program for Executives

The Executive Education Office has offered the “High Potentials Leadership Consortium Program” since 2014.

The Program is comprised of three 1-2 day modules from August to October, namely Managerial Decision Making, Effective Team Communications and Leading Teams to Performance. This year, 28 high flyers from diverse backgrounds (functions, industries and locations) have joined the Program, with an average of 17 years of work experience. They are from 16 companies, representing 12 industries.

In today’s dynamic and competitive business environment, it is essential for leaders to make quality decisions, lead and communicate with the team to achieve desirable performance. Through lectures, case studies, exercises and group discussions, the program aims to develop participants by improving their leadership capabilities and offering them access to the latest management knowledge.

The first module taught by Prof Bilian SULLIVAN began in August. Participants found the module practical.
