[eNews] Strategy and Change Management Program for CCBI

To gain insights and keep abreast of market trends, the China Construction Bank International (CCBI) sent 38 senior executives to join a three-day Strategy and Change Management Program, run by the Executive Education Office, in September. The training aims to improve the mindset and skillset about strategy and change management of the senior leaders from different departments of CCBI. Participants can take this opportunity to further enhance their high quality services and products, leading to sustainable growth and success for the organization.

Prof Chris DORAN kicked off the three-day journey with insightful models and cases of strategic thinking and implementation, and participants enjoyed the interactive simulations and discussions in class. The class was fascinated with one of the key takeaways - the Sigmoid curve which they found useful in reflecting their own business environment. The session on Strategy built a good foundation for Prof Kin CHAN to continue with his session on change management. By introducing concepts such as strategy drifts, the changing environment, and dimensions of changes, participants have boosted their confidence in managing changes in their companies and teams.
