Inductive Research with Multiple Case Methods Workshop (30-31 May)

Many highly influential papers in top management and organization journals publish inductive research result using multiple case research methods. Case researchers in Asia particularly favor in using multiple methods, since this is a well-fit approach for theory development in the relatively less-explored research environment. Questions may arouse on the style of inductive research and the methods to adopt from the project designing stage, to theory induction using data and finally to publish it in top academic journals. Professor Jason Davis from INSEAD will guide the participants on how to identify a suitable case to apply inductive research and effectively use this method to achieve genuine result in this one and a half day workshop.

The workshop is organized by the Case Center of AAPBS, and is jointly hosted by HKUST Business School and Hong Kong Baptist University School of Business.
