Welcome to HKUST Business Insights! We are
delighted to launch this series to showcase the outstanding
research efforts and accomplishments of our professors. Part of
the School’s mission is to push the frontiers of global business
knowledge. We encourage our academic staff to conduct research
that is relevant, appealing to both the academic and business
worlds, and underpinned by a commitment to excellence. You will
find many examples of this in HKUST Business Insights.
This web-based initiative is a follow up to
the highly popular HKUST Business Insights, which was published
in hard copies in 2004-05. It features summaries of research
papers that were originally published in top academic journals
as identified by the Financial Times.
The School was ranked 10th in the world for research by the
Financial Times
in its 2010 annual MBA ranking.
