The Mentoring Program allows freshman business students a chance to improve their interpersonal, leadership, team building, negotiation and soft skills from leading executives in the industry in an innovative and interactive way. At the same time, the program creates an opportunity for business professionals to take part in nurturing future leaders.

This Mentoring Program is especially designed for students who have completed one year of business study. The Program differs from the traditional one-to-one mentoring system in that the MP gives you an opportunity to get involved in a company and its industry.
