BBA in Management

The BBA in Management (MGMT) aims to provide students with the cutting-edge management skills and knowledge essential to the well-being of any organization. Students learn to evaluate the current needs of an organization and anticipate future requirements. Many aspects are covered, including the setting of goals, the establishment of efficient decision-making processes, the design of organizational structures, and the development of human resources.

Curriculum
The program focuses on developing the essentials skills and abilities leading to effective and efficient management. Subjects are taught by a department recognized internationally for its research work especially in relation to China. The courses offered cover the areas in organizational behavior, human resources management, business policy and strategy, entrepreneurship, international management, and management in Chinese context.
