To register as a presenter or participant, please complete the registration form (MS Word, PDF) and email or fax it by October 31, 2012.
The registration fee for the Symposium is US$250, which includes the welcoming reception, luncheons and a Symposium banquet.
The registration fee is waived for one presenter of each paper accepted.
