Hong Kong is a vibrant city which offers the best of East and West. Its dramatic, contemporary architecture makes its skyline one of the most famous in the world. Hong Kong is further enhanced by the new Tsing Ma Bridge, the longest suspension bridge in the world, carrying both road and rail traffic. In addition to this, Hong Kong is well known as a shopping metropolis. Supporting all of these is Hong Kong's rich heritage which includes its colonial past and its Chinese culture.

Weather In Summer (late May to mid-September), it is hot and humid with temperatures ranges from 26
oC-33oC (78F-91F) and humidity near 86 per cent.
Short sleeves and cotton clothes work best, with a lightweight sweater for
indoors as restaurants tend to set air-conditioning on high. An umbrella
or hat works well to ward off the sun. You can find the latest weather
information in the web sites of Climate of
Hong Kong and
current weather and forecast. Geography
The main areas are Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula and the New Territories. Hong Kong Island lies just south of Kowloon and the two are separated by Victoria Harbour. The New Territories lie north of Kowloon and run up to the boundary with mainland China. As well as making up the bulk of Hong Kong's land mass, the New Territories also include more than 260 outlying islands. More than 70 per cent of Hong Kong's total area is rural, including about 40 per cent designated as protected country parks. This means Hong Kong has one of the world's highest ratios of designated parkland.
