Registration Desk

Registration desk is opened with the following schedule:

Information for Speakers

Overhead projectors, computers and video projectors are available in Lecture Theatre D and four classrooms for presentation. Speakers are advised to contact the conference organizers if they need other facilities.

 

Lunch

18 December 2003 Lunch will be served in the G/F Restaurant from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
19 December 2003 Lunch will be served in UC Bistro from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

 

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited indoors on the HKUST campus.

 

Shuttle Bus Service

The conference will provide free shuttle bus service between three of the conference hotels and HKUST during the conference period. Please refer to the following timetable and meeting points:

Internet Facilities

Desktop computers will be provided in Room 2303 (via lift 17/18) for participants to access the Internet and check emails. The Express Stations installed in the HKUST campus can also be used for limited Internet access.

 

Disclaimer of Liability

The conference organizers will not accept any liability for damages sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss of or damages to their personal property as a result of the Bernoulli Society EAPR Conference 2003.
