Reception The local organizing committee of the EAPR conference 2003 will host the conference reception at UC Bistro of HKUST on 17 December at 6:00 p.m.. Light meal will be provided in the reception. Conference delegates may take the shuttle buses arranged by the conference, being picked up at three of the conference hotels, to UC Bistro.
Conference Dinner The conference dinner will be held on Friday, 19 December at Café Deco from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.. It is a buffet dinner with unlimited flow of wines, beer, juice, soft drinks, mineral water and standard spirits. Shuttle buses will depart from the entrance Piazza of HKUST at 5:00 p.m. for Café Deco, and leave the restaurant at 9:30 p.m.. Dinner tickets for accompanying persons will be available from the registration desk at HK$700 per person.
