MGMT department ranks among the Top Six management departments in the world in terms of faculty productivity for the recent three years (2008-2010), based on the UT-Dallas survey of research publications in five premier management journals (Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal).

New Faculty

Warmly welcome our new faculty:

  • Assistant Professor - Dr Joon Nak Choi received his PhD degree in Sociology from Stanford University. Before joining HKUST, he was a William Perry Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University.

  • Assistant Professor - Dr Sam Garg received his PhD degree in Organizations, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.

  • Assistant Professor - Dr Huiwen Lian received her PhD degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Waterloo.
