[eNews] High Potentials Leadership Consortium Program for Senior Executives

In today’s dynamic and challenging environment, business leaders have to make good decisions and lead and communicate with their team effectively to achieve their goals.

Since 2014, the Executive Education Office has been running the High Potentials Leadership 5-day Consortium Program to address executives’ learning needs. The program features three modules that span across one to two days in “Managerial Decision Making”, “Effective Team Communications”, and “Leading Teams to Performance”.

Through lectures, case studies, exercises, and group discussions, the program assists executives in enhancing their leadership capabilities through the latest management knowledge.

This year, the program consists of senior executives from various functions and industries with an average of 19 years of working experience. They come from 13 companies and represent the banking and finance, building and construction, medical services, pharmaceutical, retail, government, and non-profit industries.

Taught by Professor Bilian SULLIVAN, the first module launched in late August and explored practical tools for making good decisions, common biases on judgment, and decision traps amongst other key points.
